The Mystery

“Why can’t you just believe me for once? I am telling you the date was 21st march!” exclaimed Asif.

“How many times am I supposed to tell you! It was 22nd march 12:05 A.M, not 21st march 11:55 P.M.!” shot back Salima.

“Damn it! Let’s just agree to disagree. It’s only a matter of 10 minutes. But what do we tell Yousuf?” said Asif.

“The truth. What else!” replied salima

***20 years later***

“What the hell have u filled in here? Now the whole form would have to filled again!” said agent Ramesh throwing the Visa form back at Yousuf after pointing to a spot on the form.

Yousuf smiled and said, “I’ve written only what I know. My birth date still remains a mystery to me and I guess, it always will.”

That’s it from me this time. Stay tuned for some more Sensible Bakwas in the days and months to come. Don’t forget to leave you comments and feedback in the comment section. 🙂

    Choti post!

Of course you know I expect much more and much better from you. Got busy or what?

You should have shows what exactly Yousuf wrote.. maybe a pic with ‘Mystery’ written in a field on a form…

Some other thoughts that came to me:
    1. Yousuf was stupid enough to mess up on the Visa form with that mystery stuff.
    2. His parents had already named their son Yousuf… before having that discussion. I think they were having it for the nth time.
    3. When was this guy celebrating his bdday?

And.. how are you? Busy with work?

    1. Tavish Chadha says:

ha ha peeerfect Kshitij comment… 😛

yeah that point about about the pic is a good idea… dekha this is wat happen when i dont get ur expert advicebefore publishing…. man i miss the BPL days 🙁

coming to pt 1 —> well yes he was stupid… or probably it was writing his story 😛

coming to pt 2 —> yup it was the nth time the discussion was taking place… that was the intension of the starting dialogues too! 🙂

coming to pt 3 —-> thats a mystery too hehehe

anyways i am doing fine…. very very busy these days…. the fact i am reply to comments so late shows that… 🙂

      1. Kshitij says:

Yeah.. busy boy… this is the 4th time I am coming to check if you responded 🙂

        1. Tavish Chadha says:

lol I didnt know ppl come back to check replies too! Anyways I wont make u wait too long this time 🙂

  17. aativas says:

So parents have different opinions about their child 🙂

    1. Tavish Chadha says:

the difference in opinion is about the bday not the child 😛

  18. A mystery that made me smile..!!!
